Art Therapy

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to art therapy focuses on creating a safe, welcoming studio space where creativity becomes part of the therapeutic relationship.

Art-making is not simply an “add-on,” but an essential way of exploring emotions, patterns, and experiences that can be difficult to access through words alone. You are invited to play, take creative risks and meet yourself with curiosity and compassion.

Who is Coming to the Studio?

Deep Thinkers

I primarily work with thoughtful, insight-oriented adults who are looking for more than symptom management alone — they want space for meaningful reflection, self-understanding, and creative exploration.

Neurodivergent Young Adults

My clients in this group find creativity to be a more natural pathway for communication, emotional expression, and confidence building. I am passionate about providing flexible and affirming support that honors individual ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world.

Creative Teens

I also enjoy working with teens who are open to exploring emotions, identity, and self-expression through creativity and art-making. Therapy is most meaningful when teens have a voice in the process and caregivers support a collaborative and respectful therapeutic environment.
