Individual
Art Therapy
My approach to art therapy is rooted in a studio-based, relational model that supports clients in developing a creative practice that feels sustainable and meaningful. Making art can be a powerful way to slow down and explore thoughts, feelings, and sensations through hands-on engagement with materials. Insight often emerges naturally through the creative process, including through personal metaphor and imagery.
At the heart of this work is the therapeutic relationship. A supportive, welcoming space allows clients to be more present, playful, and connected to their intuition. Both the experience of creating and the finished artwork are valued—the process often reflects patterns from everyday life, while the artwork itself offers opportunities for reflection, meaning-making, and gentle insight. The studio environment further supports this exploration by offering choice, flexibility, and space to follow curiosity.
