Meet Your Host

I’m Rachel, an art therapist and the heart behind Good Light. I’ve loved making art for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve come to see creativity as a faithful companion. It helps us pause, make meaning, and reconnect with ourselves and others. Sharing that experience is one of the greatest joys of my work.

These small-group experiences blend art-making, mindfulness, and positive psychology to help you slow down, reconnect, and recharge.

Private Group Gatherings

Gather with friends to create, reflect, and connect. Enjoy guided art-making, share laughter and inspiration, and leave with joyful memories and a spark of creativity.

Individual Art Therapy

If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, individual sessions offer the same creative, reflective approach found in my workshops in a one-on-one setting.
