Meet Your Host
I’m Rachel, an art therapist and the heart behind Good Light. I’ve loved making art for as long as I can remember. Early on, I discovered that creativity could offer both comfort and connection. Since then, I’ve come to see it as a faithful companion—one that helps us pause, wonder, make meaning, and find our way back to ourselves. Helping others discover that same sense of curiosity, healing, and possibility through art is one of the greatest joys of my work.
