Creativity is uniquely human and available to all of us! Making art alone can be a fundamental self-reflective practice, like journaling, and one which I encourage. Making art with an art therapist provides an opportunity for deeper understanding and the feeling of being seen and understood.

You may fondly recall making art as a child, or you may recall feeling inadequate and frustrated at times. Whatever your history, I firmly believe that anyone can benefit from bringing more creativity into their lives. 

My individual art therapy sessions are available for those who have a desire to address a particular challenge or issue or for people just looking to use art for self-care and enjoyment. I will help you identify materials and projects conducive to your goal while providing encouragement and creative companionship.
